First Session

Our first session is an opportunity to explore what's on your mind in a safe, confidential space. We'll talk about your goals, your history, and what you'd like to get from therapy. No pressure, just an open conversation.

After the First Session

Together we'll agree on the frequency and structure that works for you: weekly, fortnightly, or as needed. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll regularly check in to make sure it's working for you.
