How I work
Therapy is something we build together.
People seek therapy for many reasons: when life feels difficult or stuck, when patterns keep repeating in relationships or work, or simply to gain deeper self-understanding.
My role is not to diagnose from a distance or prescribe solutions. Instead, we work together to explore what is happening in your life now and examine the patterns shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships. These patterns often developed as ways of coping in earlier environments, and understanding them can open new possibilities.
The therapeutic space I offer is one where you don't need to present a polished version of yourself. Complexity is welcome, openness is encouraged, and the time is dedicated to what matters most to you.
I draw from psychodynamic, humanistic, and relational traditions, tailoring my approach to what works best for you.
Short-term crisis support or longer-term exploration, we work at the pace that feels right for you.
